We accept returns within 60 days of confirmed delivery with our Satisfaction Guarantee! Teeth that are sent back new and unopened will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Teeth that are sent back opened or used will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee. Opened tubes of denture adhesive or used beads are non refundable. Original shipping and handling, return shipping fees and order phone convenience fees are non-refundable. Orders sent back after the 60 day return period will be refused.

There is $5 fee to cancel an order after it has been placed. If your order is returned by USPS due to an address error not caused by us, a regular return will be processed or you may pay shipping again to reship the order.

Note: We do not accept returns if you order the Upper & Lower Teeth in the same order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide a warranty or free replacements in the event you damage the product while molding, fitting or filing or with daily usage. We do not accept returns on broken teeth. Each item is inspected multiple times to ensure you receive an intact product. Please use extreme caution while molding and filing the teeth to prevent any damage.

We find customers who call the fitting line for their over the phone fitting when they receive their order to have more success with the Secure Smile.
